Genghis Khan outranks Alexander, Napoleon and others by a huge margins just in sheer expanse of the world he held under his sway. Add to that he was just a impoverished nomad from a desolate landscape i.e. Mongolia.
In less than 300 pages it is impossible to capture the scope of Genghis Khan's legacy but like all good story it leaves you hungry for more. An infallible strategist , practical administrator who believed in meritocracy not aristocracy.

Excellent read! An eye-opener! Wonderfully written and buttressed by facts on a man about whom a lot has been said. His humility, ingenuity and compassion all come through clearly in this account.

This is an awesome reading. Lots of hard work for a great historical figure.
