Almost every parent is struggling to get a child to eat – one could easily call it the commonest Parenting problem.
Parents who are in the midst of this problem are usually in despair because – it is really distressing not to be able to fulfil the one - most basic need of one’s child. It makes one feel inadequate as a parent and irresponsible as an adult.
My heart goes out to such parents. They need solutions – and in this book I have offered some.
