GIONEE Elife E3 (Blue, 16 GB)  (1 GB RAM)

Was in doubt whether a worth to buy Chinese phone so I spend approx 1 month to compare different brand phone's. My budget was 10 - 15K and expecting to get as much as I can from this price segment.

Finally I found Gionee Elife E3 from a 2nd largest manufacturing company in China with its own R&D center. The phone is not only best in his price segment but its also competing the phones ranging btw 18-20k.

guys , tried this phone just b'coz i lost my faith in branded phones.... wit which i faced a lot of hardware problems along with delay matters.... i have been using this phone for last 3 months ..so far its giving me what i had missed from my previous purchases...
the top feature of this phone is nothing other than its 4.7' retina display.. i cant explain it with my words... the display is far ahead of other phones in this range...the 2mp front cam and 8mp rear cam is also keep...

I bought this phone at a local retail store in Bangalore for same price 15K , however its available for less than 14k if you search online in other websites.

Wanna give a brief review for this phone, I have been using this since 2 weeks now and everything about the phone is awesome.

Best build quality compared to the indian brands (xolo, micromax, Karbonn, etc) and better than any samsung phone under 25k. Its the slimmest phone I have come across (although the E5 is much slimmer but only 1m...

I've been using this phone for about a week now (I didn't purchase it from Flipkart thought) and I have no issues with it whatsoever.
Its the best smartphone one can get within a budget of 15k.
One might be a bit skeptic given the fact that it is a new brand and also a Chinese one. But trust me on this, if you buy this phone you won't regret it.

This post not only carries my views on Gionee E3, but also provides a response to Puneet Mehta's message posted below on 11th Nov 2013 where he mentions that 1st level access to shortcuts for enable/disable silent mode, wifi, bluetooth, etc is not available on Gionee E3. It is available on Gionee E3 and can be accessed with swipe-down of two fingers (held in V-shape) from home screen, instead of swipe down with one finger. Infact, it's an Android Jellybean 4.2 thing and not a Gionee feature. ...
