The rubber of the wheels was not durable .It teared off very soon and we know how bags are treated at airport,so could not long last .

Wheel broken in single airplane journey

My biggest mistake on getting this bag! The zip was sticky as if there was some tape stuck to it! They give defective pieces! When I used the bag the first time, the zip couldnt even move! Later on, on my trip, the zip broke because of the friction of the stickiness! They sent a defective piece and moreover they bluffed! Look wise very classy but material is very cheap also very poor quality of wheels n handle

Not a sturdy product but quite a dekicate one, wheels got out in just one round of travel and scratches are also coming on body
