I have this product and have been using it for months. It was my first product from Giovanni so wasn't sure about it but after using it I experienced good results for my hair! It straightens well but the effect lasts just for a couple of days. It's a good conditioning serum, organic without silicones or parabens and even if I have hair past the middle of my back only a pea sized amount is enough for it. It lessens frizz considerably. I love this one!

it seems to be more effective than the products i hv used till now. it makes hair softer and shiny. if u r not expecting magics, then this is a good product. atleast better than others.

The major problem is to know how to use it effectively....
Please note how to use this gel,
Towel dry your hair and then apply a small amount to your hair.
Gently massage(make sure product covered almost every section of your hair)Then use a hair dryer.Hair dryer is necessary or else waste of buying it.

Hair became unmanageable when this was applied.

The only good point is does not cause hair fall.
