Good quality product
I started using in february 1 2022. I'm 24 years old and my weight was stuck at 48 kilos for years. The weight neither increased nor decreased. Todays date - march 1 2022.
My current weight is 59 kilograms.
Weight increased by 11 kilos in one month.
I mix 3 scoops with 300ml milk and drink once per day in the evenings..
The taste is not so good, but it does its job of gaining weight.
Dont forget to workout or u will get indian police belly.

I have using it twenty days then I writing this review i have gained 5 to 6 kg withing 15 to 20 days i have use it 200 gram per day with 500 ml milk and 2 banana 100 gram morning and 100 gram evening with proper diet it is worth of money u can buy it
