Perfect product for health conscious

Steaming is the best way to cook food if you care for your health. It preserve nutrients of the vegetables. I purchased this product on 12 July, 2012. It is working good, no issues at all.
Only downside I found is cleaning the base. The base is where you put water for steam. The base is not detachable. Its tough to clean it up as it has all electrical components attached to it. You have to be very careful in that. And if you don't clean up the base you are giving invitation to bacteria, viru...

The best one..

I just got this yesterday. Wish the packing was done with thermocol but not just bubblewraps.

The steam is super hot compared to other steamers I have used so far.
Good material quality, spacious bowls.
Easy to clean unlike other electric steamers.
Can add water while the cooking is going on, without lifting the containers.
Large rice bowl!
Cooks rice very well. Spices and oils can be added to give rice different flavors.
Turns off on its own.
