My jar broke in 2 months n I m following up for replacement since 1st August but no response, just excuses.
No one is bothered to look at the complaint.
I have spent 25000 Rs but I am unable to use my product.

Very good machine for the price. Pretty silent and does the job. Very little pulp remains inside after juicing. Easy to clean. very little effort required as a lot of chopping etc is not required. But while juicing greens esp celery, coriander, methi, spinach it would be better to chop the produce a little so fibres don't get stuck and pulp comes out without blockage.

Look wise it is a good design but body is not strong. I used it 10 -12 times for mosambi and pineapple and its upper head start to crake and I do not think I can use it for hard vegetables like beetroot.

Machine is not value for money at all.

THE BOTTOM PART (WHICH REST DIRECTLY ON MOTOR) OF GLEN SLOW JUICER JUST RECD. ON 02 ND OF SEPTEMBER, IS BROKEN FROM WHERE IT GETS LOCKED.
THIS HAS HAPPENED WHILE USING THE PRODUCT ONLY SECOND TIME.
