Cooking Instructions	Step 1: 1.Bhatura MIx Flour & Sachet content (Instant Dry Yeast) in a bowl and mix well with a spoon., 2. Add 2.5 tablespoon of oil and 4 tablespoon of curd and require an amount of warm water approx 150-200 ml for 250 g Bhatura flour to the mix and knead for 5 Minutes until smooth and elastic dough forms. Drizzle a few drops of oil to coat the dough, cover with the damp/wet towel and let it rest for 45-60 mint in a warm place., Step 2: Knead the dough well again and divide into equal 8 parts., Step 3: Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep fry the bhatura on a medium flame, till they puff up and turn golden brown in a colour, Drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately with chole.
