    • Step 1 Mix the 500 g Dahi Bhalla Mix in 585 ml of normal water. Stir gently to make the smooth paste & set aside for 15 Minutes., Step 2 Take maximum oil in frying pan & keep it on medium flame, fry Bhalla/Vada till they are become golden brown & crispy. Drain excess oil & cool down for 12-14 minutes on oil absorbing paper., Step 3 Soak in water for 10 Minutes, gently press the each bhalla/vada to drain excess water. Immerse the bhallas/vadas in beaten yogurt for 10 minutes. Garnish with chutney & serve.
