Usage Instructions

Step No 01 Soak 150g black lentils(whole urad)and 50 g red kidney beans overnight.Drain away water in morning., Step No 02 In a deep pan add 1 litre water and 1 cup of milk and boil the beans n daal until soft.Make puree of 3 tomatoes,4 g green chilli, 45 g ginger.cook the puree in 30 g butter n half tablespoon cumin till the butter oozes out.Add 20g GM FOODS DAL MAKHANI masala in the puree along with 2 tablespoon of butter n cook for 2-3 minutes., Step No 03 Transfer the cooked dal n beans into the paste mix n simmer for 10minutes.Decorate with a spoonful of cream., NOTE-NO NEED TO ADD ANY SPICES OR SALT WHILE COOKING.ENJOY TASTE OF RAJMA MASALA
