They work , strength is actually 3 mg which is more than enough for an adult. I bought 10 mg tablets from some other brand but now I am sure they weren't even 2 mg. Only buy 3mg ones from a good brand like gnc or medical shop . Don't fall for those 10 mg ones. These are worth it .
