These are incredibly perfect Chia seeds! I only recommend soaking them overnight and pulverizing them by blender in a smoothie otherwise seeds become stuck in the body and they are not absorbed as everyone believes. I love that every evening there's a little scoop inside so I'm able to measure my chia seeds to soak overnight for my morning smoothie.
