Great Product.
People came to assemble the chair in the same day it was delivered and the process was very fast. The product's build quality is very good. All moving parts of the chair are smooth, and the seat is comfortable (it's worth mentioning I have NOT sat on the chair for extended periods, only 1-3 hrs). One thing that should be noted is that if you have smooth tile floors you may need a rug/mat in order to keep the chair from sliding too much while sitting down, getting up, or moving in it.
