It has Aroma that I agree but How come it is in solid state in 40c temperature?
Aroma can be artificially added but hard to change properties.

Good choice
Mom made paratha. Essence was good. I always suggest not to take directly any packaged ghee. Take cooked. If like ghee with plain rice get homemade ghee.
