    • Rinse the rice throughly Soak for 2 Hrs., Open Pan: Bring water to boil, add the rice and stir gently, Cook uncovered on medium heat till the rice turns soft. Drain and rinse the remaining water from the pan., Close Pan: Bring water and rice to boil, stir occasionally. Cover PAN with a tight lid and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat & let it steam for 5 min before serving.
