Wonderful
First of all, I was biased to purchase it, whatever be the price. It is a kind of unnecessary expense. But still, I think I am a proud possessor indeed. Purchased the grey one first and as soon as I found the black one available, returned the grey and purchased the black. The black denim tone suits me better in my eye.

Good but not excellent according to its price..
The price is high compared to its value.
According to me the cover must have covered fully the earphone jackhole too but unluckily its partially covered with open from upper half.
It should have been more tightly fit and a little bit thinner feel. And the power buttom of cover must have been smaller bump.
