Great book to reflect on your behaviours
Ask yourself, "What are your weaknesses and strengths?". You would have barely made it to 3 points in listing your weaknesses. When you read this book, you'll end up associating with each of the points covered in it.
That's the power in this book. By the time you finish reading the book, you would have vowed to change at least some of your behaviours and would have started becoming conscious of many others. Enjoy the book, it is well worded & simply written.

must have for a "know-it-all"
In 30's-40's age group we usually start to think, we know everything because we have some 9-10 odd years of work experience! But you'll think again after reading this book - that you are after all not so perfect! Its not meant to put you down! It shows a rather different perspective of your image! and, of course, how to make it better!
