Bought this pan out of being health conscious. it doesn't matter to me wether its stick or nonstick...i just dont want it leaking toxins into my food..which it doesnt and im greatful for.
As for usage it is as it says "nonstick" i made oats pancakes on this and they cameout amazing unlike with previous teflon pan. also roasted some sesame seeds and they slid right off. This was first usage..waiting to see how it holds up down the line.fingers crossed.
