Bought this game from flipkart a week ago or so, but I've been playing this at my friends place for the past year and the both of us playing one account/user still haven't finished the game....its big, Polyphony Digital(the makers) spent over 5 years in development, with 1000 cars(the original version had 250 HD Graphic "premium" cars and the rest were regular SD no interior view cars BUT.... after the free updates and DLCs Polyphony Digital launched all 1000 cars are now HD/HQ graphics cars ...

About the Game : First of all once you insert the Disc then it will ask for space of 1143 MB
Afer this there is an optional install of 8 GB on your HDD.. you can choose not to have this.. ill suggest its better to install this data. 8 GB install takes about 35 to 40 mins which is very annoying and takes edges to Install.

Wanted to buy this game for some time now. Finally I got my hands on one.
First of all "THERE IS AN INSANE NUMBER OF CARS BUT NOT ALL CAN BE BROUGHT NEW", you can earn them winning races or buying used cars.
The driving feel is awesome , don't think that mastering NFS would make you king in this one, it's a simulator , ie, cars handle as they do in real life.

a cool game got at tantalum price , graphics are good, controls are a bit on weaker side further even if you have PS3 12 GB one and have a heavy game installed in it around 9 GB you don't need to delete it ,as this game requires very little storage and takes no time in getting installed plus you have got great cars too... happy motoring!

This is the best car racing simulator out there. I will not deny it.

You need to have a good kit to enjoy it though. I find the graphics, the realism of the cars tarnished because I don't have a steering set, a good one will set me back by more than 10k.

Graphics are great, the challenges are great, the various activities can keep you occupied for a very long time and if your friends want to join in you can either play on a split screen or play online (I prefer the latter).

First of all thanks to Flipkart for such speedy delivery. Got my game in two days as promised!! This is best driving simulator I have played! Graphics and physics are really good. This game has over 1000 licensed cars and over 100 tracks around the world! The menu is classic style which many people dont like but it is not that bad coz after all you need a better gameplay which this game has!!

Ok first of all thank you Flipkart for the wonderful delivery,
any ways just want to write a review about this game,
this game is simply for a car fanatics and car collectors and lovers,
also the Install required for this game is exactly a whopping 10gb .
So for you guys out there who has their PS3 loaded with movies and demo games, might as well start doing some home cleaning,

I am not saying its a perfect game, it has some flaws. But if you are looking for a realistic racing game, then GT5 is the best in its genre. No one even comes close.
Love the details on the cars, no doubt they have spent arnd 6 yrs making this. PS3 rocks, its a PS3 exclusive game ;)

It is not an arcade racing game, it is a driving simulator and only for real driving enthusiasts, who love cars.
The Graphics are simply great at 1080p, even though the game is 2 years old.
the game boasts of 1000 cars and the tracks are awesome to drive on.
Replay factor is pleasing to watch.
The Driving and handling is accurate according to the variety of the top driving models.
it is the best experienced with driving gear like steering wheel.

This game is only for pro drivers.This is not a arcade game. Here u need to take every turn carefully :).
Only good skills can help you here. If you are a fan boy of Need For Speed then don't buy this game.I was searching for this game for a long time every where it was out of stock. One local vendor in my area was asking 2500 rupees for this game which was very high. At flipkart i got it only for 1000 rupees. Thank you flipkart and ws retail.
