How much pain one has to go through to prove their innocence if they are falsely accused of a crime they never committed? What if a series of funny events follow this otherwise exasperating task? The Grand Budapest Hotel, a 2014 comedy film, is the story of a concierge, Monsieur Gustave H., and one of his employees, Zero, who work together to prove his innocence after he is framed for murder. The plot is set in the fictional Republic of Zubrowka between the first and second World Wars. This movie is written and directed by Wes Anderson and stars Ralph Fiennes, F. Murray Abraham and Edward Norton.
