I have bought this books mainly out of curiosity. Having been using it for the past few days, I can safely say that this book should be called a Vocab bible. The author has painstakingly created mnemonics for 100s of words, and most of these are common language words used by us Indians. I can remember most of the words I have read, and sometimes laugh at the mnemonic and example that Dr Raju has designed for the word.

The book is fun to read, each word has a mnemonic, usage example, etc maki...

After many referrals I purchased this book as a teacher. I applied this technique to teach my GRE/SAT students. The memory tricks are direct and simple to imbibe. For example in order to remember the "LACHRYMOSE"..the middle four letters "CHRY"-CRY,were sufficient to get the original meaning. I am pretty happy that I have purchased this book. Kudos to the author.

Worth buying for vocabulary.

Only the title of the book has been changed in order to make more money. The content of this book is same as that of "Word Wizard Vocabulary With Memory Tricks (English)" which is available at a price range of 1"50 to 500" by different seller on different websites.


Don't be fooled by the title . Contents are same as that of any of his other books which a re a lot more cheaper . The content is useful though.

Better than usual Barrons,etc foreign authors.
This one has plethora of words, until one gets tired.
