Expected a better product
They are bluffing when they say it has back support and all. I am having severe back pain within 2 weeks of usage. Using by old plastic chair again as it is much better.

Sturdy build quality... Cushion is soft and comfortable. Back tilt isn't that great. Overall it's a nice and decent product in budget friendly segment. I'm satisfied with this purchase..
