Classic look, plastic material is little dull but overall build is good. I got wrong sized allen key with it but I managed to fit the chair. Back support is good with steel base.

Writing this review after 5 months of usage
1. Highly irresponsible delivery , returned the product 3 times before getting the right one delivered
Product quality is cheap I am afraid whr am I going to fall back while lying in the back support
The chair should hold back when u lie towards the back support here the chair starts moving back whr. U take the back support
The seating is very thin
Highly uncomfortable and a big pain using the product

Decent chair. Armrests too wide even after all adjustments. Shoulder and neck support almost non-existent unless you want to lie down.

Good chair with lots of customization options. I would request people not to buy from flipkart though. The chair that was delivered had major issues like headrest not supporting any adjustment and the sliding mechanism was not working properly. I had to reach out to GreenSoul team who replaced both the parts. So kudos to Green Soul support team.
