Unsatisfactory

Please don't buy this product, there is no back support, chair quality is also very poor, no
Alignment between left and right armrest , headrest is very worst with very little adjustment and it will lead neck pain. I received chair with sagging issue, whenever I'm trying to lean at back side I felt I'll fall and after tilt locking seat is lifting from front side , I have started feeling back and neck pain within day.
