This chair is not gonna disappoint u. Using it for last 2 months , great experience and comfort. Fluid wheel movement and good back support. Got 3 years of warranty. Will update if required

Mind-blowing purchase
This is Great product and it's really ergonomic. I got the chair with headrest at a stealer price of 5.9k .
The chair offers lumbar support and as well has a very good recline function. Highly recommended for office and home office setup.

Not good
Lumbar support is non-existent. Arm rests can be adjusted only vertically which makes them uncomfortable.
Neck and upper back support is also pretty bad.
