Overall Product is ok. But as compare to its price its not worth. Swings are good, base is good, Upper body part is plastic body, because of which it makes some sound near headrest. Seat could be more comfortable which is missing(this doesn't mean its uncomfortable. Expectation was more). Overall No point of investing 3-4K extra since this price difference is not justified by the quality.

great product..!! so far so good.. easy to assemble . headrest is really usefull and positioned correctly. wheels are smooth .. but could have been better. overall worth the purchase.

The chair is good it looks very modern, arm rest and base seat are adjustable and for the assembly they have provided the Allen-key in the box itself

The chair is top notch. As exactly the same described. After order confirmation I was contacted by green soul product manager and she gave me all the details for the package transit info and all package related info.
The service they are providing is very good as of now. They have shared the warranty details after receiving the order.

I have given 4 ratings for this product for 2 reasons :
1. The lumbar support seems a bit loose when adjusting it.
2. Thigh support is not up to the mark.

This is really a very good purchase for the price point, the features and the ergonomic adjustments available is just spot on which usually is available at double prices in the market.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. Have been using it for over a month now with the daily average of 10 hrs.

Design is not ergonomic- my back hurts after sitting for few hours only

I really like the seat adjustment option because I am a tall person and most of the chairs never felt comfortable, but when it comes to green soul zodiac pro it is awesome
