I recommend this supplement to anyone that suffers from UTI often. I went through it once so I made a habit to consume this tablet once every week as cranberry is the strongest one to kill UTI bacterias. So instead of taking medicine this is a precautionary step. Very helpful. Its a capsule and its tasteless. Easy to take and no side effects.
