Description
The worldly life is full of different relationships, like that of a father-son, mother-son or daughter, wife-husband, etc., also to be found in the worldly life is the delicate guru-disciple relationship. It is a relationship in which, after surrendering to the guru, the disciple remains sincere to him for the rest of his life, and increasing his param vinay (absolute humility) for his guru, he abides by his instructions and attains the ultimate special spiritual siddhi (energy that accomplishes the ultimate). This book puts forth a beautiful description of what constitutes an ideal guru as well as an ideal disciple.

Currently many different beliefs about a guru are prevalent and hence people become very confused about how to find the right guru. Perplexing questions on this matter have been asked to Param Pujya Dadashri (master of spiritual science), and he has given answers to the point of total satisfaction of the questioner.

According to common knowledge, people consider a guru, a satguru (saint) and a Gnani (master of spiritual science) as one and same, whereas here in this book, Param Pujya Dadashri gives us a clear distinction between the three.

With the aim and the vision that both guru and his disciple can go forth on the path of liberation, Param Pujya Dadashri, who while being in the supreme spiritual state as the Gnani, gives various visions and understanding regarding the guru disciple relationship.

About the Author Ambalal M. Patel was sitting on a bench of platform number three at Surat train station in India. What happened within the next forty-eight minutes was phenomenal. Spontaneous self-realization occurred within Ambalal M. Patel. During this period, his ego melted completely. From that time onwards, he became completely detached from all thoughts, speech and acts of Ambalal and he became a living instrument of the Lord. He called this Lord, Dada Bhagwan. This Lord is fully manifested within me, he told, to all he met. Furthermore, he added that, The same Lord, Dada Bhagwan exists in all living beings. The difference between you and me is that in me The Lord has manifested fully in me and he is yet to manifest in you.

His words became the foundation of a new, direct and step less path to self-realization called Akram Vignan. Through his divine, original scientific experiment (The Gnan Vidhi) he imparted this knowledge of self-realization to others within two hours.

Param Pujya Dadashri used to go from town to town and country-to-country to give satsang(spiritual discourse) and impart the knowledge of the Self as well as knowledge of harmonious worldly interactions to everyone who came to meet him.

This is a humble attempt to present to the world, the essence of his Knowledge. And great care has been taken to preserve his original words and the essence of his message.
