Hagar cartridges are 5 Lacs cycle tested to give a longer ad troble free operating life of up to 20 yeas(considering 60-70 operations per day). Wide angle of lever provides ultra confort and flawless,smooth operation. Hager cartiridges spindle is made of brass instead of plastic, to avoid breakage. Works smoothy even at high temperatures (85 degrees) and in various presure conditions(0.5 -5 bar). Extensive quality and performance test to ensure only the best product reaches you.Water Test:- After grinding and polishing the unfinished dye casted every product is tested through 7-8 bars of pressure for water and air leakage. Assemble and Fitment Test:- After assembling and polising , each piece is checked for pin holes and surface finishig. Finished Product Performance Test:- After the faucet is completely assembled and chroe plated, it goes for a final water test done on pressure pumb at 7-8 bars. Nickel & Chrome Test:- Periodic nickel plating of 10 microns and chrome plating of 0.3 microns is conducted in house, 450+ hours of salt spray test ensure our finihes are highly durable and corrosion resistant for a much longer duration. Spectroscopy Test: Product Compositon Test:- Conducted by and independent lab, this test is periodicaly done to ensure the correct metal composition of the product.
