    Unsatisfactory

    The worst experience I have ever had with this product.I don't know why these brands are taking customers so carelessly.The service providers don't respond to anyone and behave like they have nothing to do with people's emotions and worries.
    Don't waste money on these careless brands rather go for any other brands where customer values are at priority.

    Aesthetic design is not good, while it functions well.

    Shape is weird when compared with similar capacity Air Conditioners. Width is less, thereby losing the look of traditional Air Conditioners. Outlet vane doesn't fully close the opening, which leaves a gap/space after turning off the AC. Functioning is decent.
