I have been using this washing machine for quite sometime now. It works flawlessly.

Once by mistake a coin was there in one of the pockets of a cloth I washed. The coin went inside and the machine started giving me an error. I raised a service request with Haier and the next day their executive came and fixed it. Really impressed with Haier's service.

Booked on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday. One phone call on sat asking if the delivery can be done in morning as I had selected evening slot (so exceeded expectations as delivered before time). No issues with packaging or defects etc. Product does a good job. Good for single person or couples. Doesn't make too much noise. Nice product

Brought the product during the Diwali sale. Priced along with the sale it was a good deal. The delivery schedule was flexible, when we had to move it around a bit. Used it a few of times since purchase and works great for all washing needs of a small family. No qualms yet.

Simply awesome

Very nice and the service provided is too good. This is an amazing product which is available at such a less price. It is compact, acquires very less space. All you need to do is just drop your clothes in, add the detergent and click ! So far the experience has been very satisfying. Would strongly recommend this product for small families or bachelors.

Worth the money

I was looking for a fully automatic top loading machine, that was also smaller in size , in keeping with the fact that flats in Mumbai tend to be compact and smaller. This one fits the bill.

The machine was delivered 2 days after placing the order, and I bought it under "exchange" of my old but working machine. The exchange experience was seamless, in that the fellows who delivered, also took back my old machine with them. The Haier engineer came the next day, and installed the machine....
