The product is very good for those who want to go for fully automatic from semi automatic at a lower price. I found only this machine to give 1000rpm in the starting range of FA machines. Flipkart arranged for the demo and installation but it was after 3 days. So I called cust. service and they arranged the technician visit for the next day. His behaviour and service was very good. Only issue was - the installation guy did not completed all jobs in 1st visit and did asked for extra money for coming 2nd time.. He should have completed all work in 1st visit itself.

This is the best washing machine in the category. The washing machin is compact and easy to handle. Only issue is it does not come with wheels. Otherwise it is way better than LG, Samsung washing machine in the same category!

Fully automatic as suggested, must go with it.

It is sufficient for small family. Design and performance both are super.
