Being an online order got better value for trade in the same brand old unit. The technician came the same day within 4 hours , unpacked, installed, and did a demo. All went very smoothly. Happy with Haier n Flipkart

Really Nice
Very good machine after 12 days of use. Silent and vibration free machine. Build quality is a little bit compromised compared to other popular brands. After sales Service is also a major problem as they have not enough service centers in remote areas . However company gives the highest years of warranty on the product.

Does the job
Though it mentioned as 9kg, it doesn't have enough space to hold them. Also the motor speed is max of 1000rpm only. So not recommended.

DON'T BUY HAIER. Its a Chinese company with flashy products that under perform. Better go for LG or Bosch if you need peace of mind. I temped due to long warranty of 5 years. But what good is warranty if the machine doesn't dries the clothes.
Its drying is just 50% of my old LG machine, even though it has higher rpm and load capacity.
