it has cdma slot works only for Reliance network and key pad not work properly. so i do recommend to go with it.

Haier CG 550 - Terrible Design
Typing a simple message on this keypad will leave you sweating as if you've just engaged in a wrestling bout. The three keys in each row are joined together, so when you press one, you end up pressing another in the same row along with it, even if you're very careful. This happens even more often with the last row, when hitting the 0 key for space.
The dictionary is fixed, and never learns from what you type. Combined with the horrible keypad, this is especially frustrating.

Worst Service and Product
I have brought Haier Mobile CG500 6 Months back from flipkart. I have submitted my mobile for repair on 22/09/2015 to now its 25/10/2015. It’s already more than 1 month now. They have taken my phone even now they not returning my phone even.

Reasonable, but not so good.
Pros:
1. Battery backup is okay. Once charged, lasts for 3 days for me after continuous calls (CDMA only. I kept gsm sim slot blank).
2. Looks good.
Cons:
1. Speaker on the backside is not so good. Ringing volume is very less. Music volume is also very low.
2. Pains my ear for long calls than other phones. Using headphones solve this problem.
3. Phone is bulky.
4. No option for changing time and date!!! (Ridiculous).
5. You cannot change the theme.
Better not to buy.
