The plot is simple, yet predictable
It is about a desi boy, who will do what his heart says and about a rich chick - who, based on her opinions or past experiences, will take calculated risk.
The match is odd, yet possible and like most relationships, it faces lot of complications.
However, the title of the story does not fit right.
In short, the story is more like a movie (which will be one day) and you'll feel good at least after reading ...

Chetan has used very simple & easy to understand language . It can be understood by english learners as well.

I received my copy on 1st october from Flipkart. I had completely forgotten about pre-odering it. Well Half-Girlfriend is one of the seven works by Chetan Bhagat and being honest, it's his best piece of work till now. This book has become one of my favorites. We stick to this book like glue . Amazing lines and dialogues. Some moments occur in which we get goosebumps , in short a nice collection of emotion and romance .

With this book, Chetan Bhagat shows that he can make a lump rise in your throat as good as he can tickle your funny bone. Not as humorous or witty as his earlier works, Half Girlfriend is nevertheless a great love story. I can almost picture the Bollywood version coming soon; worth a read before that anyway.
