Its a good book for a leisure read. Do not expect an exceptional reading experience but a good read none the less.

This book somehow makes me remind the movie Veer-Zaara in its climax where sacrifices were going on wiithout knowing about each other.
Thank God, it is just a story because it can't stand in today's world.

i request all of you that if you love someone or want to do something for your love then
please Express it. Dont hide it. Because it hurts sometimes when no-one is knowing anything.
About the Book, i can say
A nice story from Mr. Bhagat about the love & sacrifice but this book...

felt really good reading such a book!! the way the story started, twists applied here n there.. looked fine..! well happy ending, especially the meet of madhav n riya was jst awesome to core.. i really popped up with cheers wen i saw the name "shyam" as the son of riya n madhav.. well hope everyone knw's why..

Admiration comes with expectations, Love accepts some flaws.
A must read book for all those who believe in Destiny, Luck and Love.
Do not think twice, just go for it.

Got this book from flipkart..the delivery was pretty good..but i am shocked after read ths book..my favourite author's unexpected story..not a brilliant one like 2 states,3 mistakes, 5 points etc.. Overall a good one, but not a excellent one..i dnt know why CHETAN BHAGAT wrote ths kind of story..
But overall not a bad one..
If u want to know everything in detail u have to read ths book..
Not a precious one..so i will suggest u to buy ths book..

Chetan is my favourite author. Once again he has mesmerised me with his story about the Bihari and the delhiite girl.The persistence and the perseverance with which the Hero Madhav Jha follows his Lady Love, lady Luck has to favor him and he gets the golden pot at the end of the rainbow.
A thoroughly engrossing tale of human behaviour and heart warming real life persons. That is what I like about Chetan. He uses real life characters with whom one can easily identify.

"Halfgirlfriend" is awesome book. As usual in Chetan's book there is a turning points , i liked it very much. over all very good book but if we compare with revolution then revolution goes for 5 stars and Half Girlfriend goes for 4.
