I just finished reading the book and I'd recommend it to anybody who's interested in reading about port independence India.
This book runs from the 50s up to the 2000s with a strong focus on the early 90s. It explains the role of the protagonist fairly objectively.
Overall it was a good read for me.

Must must must read book about the most underrated Prime Minister of India.One thing which comes out of this book is the fact that Congress party and Indian public has been very unkind to PV Narsimha Rao.

Nice book to read but not meant for any beginner

Best described about p.v.narsimha Rao. Sometimes a person is good but his goodness is never visible to anyone. That's the message in this book.

PV a forgotten hero and his contributions to India are clearly brought out in this book. The author has done an objective job without idolizing PV but also clearing many misconceptions regarding him. Every Indian should read this book to honor the true sons of this soil.

Every citizen of India must read this book and know how this man singlehandedly almost inaugurated the real modern India that we live in now.

This book is a landmark one. Few books on India's political leaders have the gripping effect that this one has. There are so many things that we didn't know about our country which was in tradition with Rao at helm during the early 90s. A must read for all those who are curious about the real story behind Liberalisation, Babri and the new foreign policy.
