Very sorry to say, it is not at all 15 W bulb. It is practically 10 W, 8 W, 0.5 W. The brightness of 15W is equivalent to 10W of any other renowned company's bulb. Totally disappointing.

A:When you switch it on for the first time it will glow with 15W, Switch off and on it will glow at 8W. Again switch off and on it will be a night light of 0.5W. Worth buying it.
