First it will glow with 15W.. Switch off and Switch ON it will glow with 8w.. Switch off and switch on it will glow for 0.5W really amazing product.

It's a wow bulb altogether... Just a little thing its 15w & 8w doesn't seems to be in much difference.... And .5 w is simply awesome.... Been sleeping under it since a week...it's a warm light to sleep beneath... Looking forward for more goodies like this from Flipkart.😀

0.5 watt is of no use, when power goes and come then 0.5 watt will switch to 15watt whole night,

Very sorry to say, it is not at all 15 W bulb. It is practically 10 W, 8 W, 0.5 W. The brightness of 15W is equivalent to 10W of any other renowned company's bulb. Totally disappointing.
