0.5 watt is of no use, when power goes and come then 0.5 watt will switch to 15watt whole night,

Immediate switch ON & OFF could remember to follow the order of 15W -> 8W -> 0.5W -> 15W and so on..
Give a 10 sec gap and switch ON - it shows up 15W only.
15W Light brightness above average. it can still be improved. Havells or Syska 15W is even brighter than this.
8W - Brightness is okay..
0.5 - Brightness is good.
