For Kinema Akhuni connoisseurs, spring water usage is recommended. However, RO water works just as well. Rinse the Golden Leafage Kinema Akhuni in drinking water for 5 minutes. Then, sauté chopped up onions and tomatoes lightly with oil and add Golden Leafage Kinema Akhuni to the sauté pan. Cook it finely with few condiments(to taste), and add spring or RO water to the cooked mix in the pan. Switch off the gas after bringing it to first boil at about 90 deg Celcius. Serve it hot with cooked rice and enjoy!
