A:No its not particle board at back. Its thin ply, 5mm I think.

Q:can it be used to keep utensils and crockery

A:This is best fit for shoes only, may not be good for utensils and crockery as the height and depth of each rack is not enough for utensils and not convenient to operate

Q:I am planning to buy this producy. it says 2 shelves rack. is it really 2 or 3 shelves? Also i have doubt how many pair of shoes we can keep on this rack.

A:There are 2 shelves third one is base which can be used as third shelve. 15 pair of shoes can keep.Finishing and dimensions are very good.

Q:I see its without lock.. can we ask a carpenter to attach a lock as in whether the material will support additional lock.

A:walls of the rack r very thin but lock provided ...l raised complain to hometown thrugh flipkart they will provide required luck. my case one of the leg was missing and it was provided by home town

Worst experience ever!

Product quality is very poor. Not even recommended. Complaint no. HT Three One Eight Zero Zero Eight Five Seven One Two Zero not resolved. Even manufacturing defect they told usage damage and asking double price of the Spares. Worst experience

The product looks very much like in the picture.. Its looks quite good, however the quality of the furniture in terms of strength is questionable.. I don't expect it to last quite long since a shoe rack is not a decorative piece but rather a functional item which one would use on a day to day basis.. And this product has not been been fabricated for durability but rather as a show piece..
