Utterly Disappointed
Build quality is more that of a drip coffee maker than an espresso machine. The seal between the pressurized water outlet and the coffee powder cup is not good, steam escapes with a loud sound as a result. I returned the item within a day. Prompt and effective service by Flipkart though - item was picked up and refund issued within 1 day.
