I purchased the product on a big billion days for Rs 11698/- and waited for installation/havells call. I didn't receive any calls, then I contacted the customer care number of Havells. Technician from Havells Installed the water purifier & it took more than an hour as he used to clean all the filters, drilling (mount) and checking the filter for the first round for any leakages. He did it in a professional manner and Installation is free.

Wonderful
Everything is good about the unit but they have not provided free prefilter along with the unit. It's a must for all ro filters. And also it was very difficult to contact Havells team for installation. I was already fed up with previous filter so decided to install by myself. Even though the company says prefilter not required I can't believe them. So I installed prefilter and then main unit.

After using 15 days I am writing the review.
Overall its good product. My tap water TDS is 675 and its brought at 95 approx. Water taste is also good.
Installation was also quick through Havelles team.
Cons: Waste a lot of water. For 5 ltr water filtration, it waste 20 ltr approx.

Good choice
Demo and installation is provided by Havells therefore once product is delivered you need to call Havells customer care and schedule for installation. Havells provided really high level hygienic installation.
Battery comes detached except that all other filters are inside.
Water taste is very good .
Overall classy product.
