Slightly disappointed

The delivery experience with Flipcart on this expensive product was BAD. The package came in a tattered manner. On opening the package and getting the fax fixed, discovered that the connecting ROD was missing. had to get a Rod from the nearby electrical shop. finally it was fitted and the fan is running. Cant understand how a reputed company like Havells can ship an expensive fan like this with one part missing. Thank God that one of the blades was not missing. Don't know if the supplier/Ven...

Just for show. Did not work when installed, it's still hangingas electriciansays some choke issue which only company can sort. Not much airflow.
