The tab is best under 6k.. Not problems at all.. initially u hav to charge it or 8hrs. Do it 3 times then u will get minimum 9 hrs back up at high performance..
Well u don't get play store in this, and the preinstalled me store is worst.. I recommend to download ur apps from brothersoft.com.. u will get all the apps.. temple run 1 & 2 works fine..
Vodafone dongle. Works well.. I used hp 8gb pen...

I had bought this tablet not form flipkart, from a shop. It supports all kind of video formats and it support all kind of USB modems. Its browser is awsome. It has a preloaded game that is ninja rush.it has a good battery back up. it convert to 2G networks. My mind says that it is better than micromax funbook.it has a good sound. you can download thosuands of apps for free using 1Mobile Market. Jst download it from ME store.

Hey guys I think this is a good tab coming at a great price. Now in this scenario, electronics market is changing day by day. So investing a huge price buying a tab is foolish deed. Every time technology is changing. So in this scenario, you are getting a good tab, having all features like ics. Usb port 4 gb internal memory. I have bought it and I am satisfied, so don't waste time and go for it.

Its been a week since i got this tab & i dont regret it at all.
Here are the facts: Installing google play store is not very hard. As long as you have access to a computer & common sense you will be able to do it.
I have hd games like Temple run , Raging thunder 2 etc Which works very well with this tab
Although you cant make calls with this tab , you can istall free apps like Skype,Viber /Voxer-walkie talkie for communication
If your looking for a budget device to take care of your entertain...

People say that there is no gogle app .

It is tablet pc. Not a phone. Those who want to only watch video and play games, its not for them.
I brought it last month and very happy with the quality of it. Brought is specially for my daughter to view carton movies which she cries.
For all other apps, own a smart phone.
Everthing works perfectly in this tab.
Use it in travellng to view movies.

Please do not buy this tablet at all !!!! It do not support google play and neither video calling by any third party application like skype. Its only for playing angry birds and such small games because u cannot expect nice games in HCL market. Better is go for micromax funbook or swipe tablet.
I searched a lot and then gone for this tablet due to HCL brand name but its rather cheated. Even I got cleartrip coupon from flipkart with this tab which was valid only till 31st Dec 12...

yeepeeee....i installed the play store in my hcl me u1.....you can also install it in your teblet.....
it is very essy to instai a google play......first downlod the play store from your pc in the pndrive. and conect the pd to your teblet .go to the file manager open udicks and click on the google play apk file.click on install.....an it don....

I bought this tab from flipkart last month. Touch responsiveness, app load time etc is OK for the price. BUT no Google-play and its installation is not easy as described in some of the reviews here. Google play fails to load in most cases.
More importantly lets not encourage any product that intends to curtail the freedom of users to install apps they wish. HCL should understand that they are not Apple - when they use Android, they should respect it and its App market too. HCL, please fire t...

It would be difficult to load new applications that are readily available on the Google Play store! You have access to the HCL Me Apps store and would need to depend on the HCL guys to keep updating it with newer apps.
The rest of the features are average only.
