Great Great Great book for getting started from scratch.
I knew nothing about Android Development (although I was familiar with programming)and I first started learning Java from 'Head First Java' and directly jumped into it.

Don't waste your money
Flipkart is worst they are selling the copy of this book the pages are black and white .While the real book has coloured pages.I will suggest buy this book from another source .
