Very very poor West of money

I am a regular user of this shampoo since the past few years for which i know the fragrance and consistency well but my order this time was not a good one. It came without having any smell and was more like a water. It does not clean the hair even after using 9-10 palm full of the shampoo and it does not have any foam touch. I kindly request you to check the product as well as the other bottles which were manufactured on the same batch.

It's not a shampoo. It's a very big joke
