I was looking for a good quality Ashwagandha and brought this one. For those who dont know, the active compound that improves your health in Ashwagandha is Withanolides. The quality and quantity of withanolides is very good in this one. While other brands contain only 2.5% extract, this one contains 5%. withanolides
I am using one capsule daily before sleep and have noticed a good improvement in my strength and stamina in gym.
